Bread-making should be a Sunday ritual, not an intimidating craft. In this morning session we'll walk through the full cycle of a naturally-leavened loaf — from feeding a mother starter to the final bake — at a pace that lets you ask every question twice.
You'll shape, score, and bake your own 800g boule, and leave with a jar of our five-year-old mother to take home.
