All prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Your order is confirmed once payment is captured and you receive a confirmation — until then it is a request, not a contract.

We bake in small batches. If something you ordered is unavailable we will contact you and either substitute it with your agreement or refund that item in full.

Payment is taken online through PayPal. We never see or store your card details. Because PayPal settles in a currency other than the dirham, the amount that appears on your statement may differ very slightly due to your bank’s conversion — the price you agreed with us is the AED price shown at checkout.

Delivery times and areas are shown at checkout. Orders placed after our cut-off are prepared the following baking day. Please make sure someone is available to receive fresh food; we cannot replace an order that was left uncollected.

• A ticket admits one guest and is valid only for the event, date and time printed on it. Each ticket carries a unique QR code — show it at the door, on your phone or printed.
• Tickets are transferable. Send your QR code to whoever is taking your place and tell us the new name on WhatsApp so we have them on the list.
• Cancellations: cancel up to 24 hours before the event start time for a full refund, no questions asked. Within 24 hours we cannot refund, because the food has been made and the seat has been held — but you are always welcome to transfer it.
• If we cancel or reschedule an event, you get a full refund or a seat at the new date, whichever you prefer.
• Seats are limited and sold on a first-come basis. A seat is only held once payment is complete.

Our kitchen handles wheat, gluten, eggs, dairy, nuts, peanuts, soy, sesame and seeds. We cannot guarantee that any item is free from traces of these, even where a recipe does not include them.

If you have a food allergy or intolerance, tell us before you order or book — on WhatsApp is fastest — and we will tell you honestly whether we can serve you safely. Please do not rely on the website description alone.

Keep your password to yourself and let us know promptly if you think someone else has access to your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend an account that is being used fraudulently or abusively.

Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or use it to break the law. The text, photographs and branding on this site belong to Farah Bakery and may not be reused commercially without our written permission.

We take real care with our food, our events and this website, but we cannot accept responsibility for losses that were not a foreseeable result of something we did wrong. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under UAE consumer protection law, and nothing limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here on the day you order. The date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.
