A three-hour beginner workshop on wild-yeast sourdough. Leave with your own starter, a shaped loaf in the oven, and the confidence to bake weekly.
Matcha & Minimalism
A two-hour guided flight through four ceremonial matchas from Uji, paired with our viennoiserie. In collaboration with Ippodo.
Viennoiserie Lamination Masterclass
Advanced five-hour session. 81 layers of butter, a very cold room, and croissants you'll never accept from anywhere else again.
Bread & Olive Oil Pairing
Guided pairing of four of our breads with four single-varietal olive oils from Bchaaleh, Lebanon. With Zejd.

Night Market Pop-up
Our kitchen lives in the real world for one night. Hand-twisted soft pretzels straight from a live oven, hot coffee, and our full menu — free to wander, pay per item.
Canal Walk Croissant Run
A 7 am Saturday run along the Canal ending at a croissant cart. 118 runners, 240 croissants, zero regrets.
Autumn Millers Festival
Six hours of fresh milling, live oven bakes, and eight grain producers from across the Gulf. 800+ attendees.
