01 · What to expect

We are taking over the immersive gallery at Arte Museum, The Dubai Mall, for a morning of movement. Mats are laid out under the projections, and the room moves with you — it is a genuinely unusual place to practise.

Doors open at 8:45 so there is time to settle in, and the Pilates session begins at 9:00. Come dressed comfortably enough to move freely and enjoy the whole class.

Afterwards you are hosted by Farah Bakery and Next Stop Coffee for breakfast and proper coffee. There is a little gift waiting for every guest.

The dress code is white. Everyone in white, in that room, is the whole idea.

03 · The space

Arte Museum, The Dubai Mall

An immersive digital gallery inside The Dubai Mall — floor-to-ceiling projections that move around you, and enough floor for sixty mats. We have worked in this room before; practising inside the artwork is the reason we came back to it.
