01 · What to expect

Join us for a slow, intentional Saturday at Pravilo in Al Quoz. We open the morning with a curated breakfast straight from our ovens — fresh bakes, seasonal fruit, granola with Greek yogurt, and good coffee — shared around one long table.

Then we settle in for a soothing sound healing and breathwork session, followed by an acupressure nail board experience — a gentle, grounding practice you stand into at your own pace, guided the whole way.

Seats are limited to twenty so the circle stays small and the conversation real. A special goodie bag awaits every guest on the way out.

Farah sets one long table for a slow morning — the way weekends are meant to start: warm bread, deep breaths, and good company.

03 · The space

Pravilo, Al Quoz

A quiet industrial studio behind a green door in Al Quoz — high ceilings, soft light, linen banners overhead and one long table we set for breakfast. The sound bath happens in the mat room at the back: mirrors down one side, bowls resting on the tatami.

Pravilo is a movement studio — outside our morning, the same rooms host suspension and stretch practice. Nothing acrobatic is asked of you on the day.
