What to expect

This is not a beginner class. Expect cold hands, a rolling pin, and the full seven-hour cycle of a croissant compressed into a five-hour deep dive. You'll leave with a dozen shaped croissants, pains au chocolat, and the knowledge to lock a butter block at home.
