Office Catering in Dubai: What to Order, What It Costs, How to Book
The overview for whoever feeds the team: what an office can order from our shop and what it costs, how far ahead to book, how to place a company order, what a whole day costs for eight, and which of our guides covers your breakfast, lunch, meeting or pantry.

Office catering in Dubai from Farah is an online order placed by the day before for the 7–10 am delivery window on the day, with one item per confirmed person: a 12 AED Ciabatta Turkey & Cheese Sandwich, a 14 AED Croissant or a 25 AED Granola Parfait with Greek Yogurt, plus a 35 AED cake loaf to share. Delivery is 20 AED below 150 AED and free from 150 AED, with no minimum order. For a client morning, an offsite or a whole floor, our events form gets you a quote instead.
We bake everything to order in our kitchen in Dubai Silicon Oasis and deliver across Dubai.
What does office catering from Farah include, and what does it cost?
Our shop covers sandwiches, croissants, parfaits, cookies and cake loaves, priced per item: 12 to 17 AED for a sandwich, 14 to 19 AED for a croissant, 25 AED for a parfait and 35 AED for a cake loaf.
- Sandwiches, 12 to 17 AED. Five of our six are 12 AED; the Focaccia Smoked Turkey Sandwich is 17 AED. It and the Ciabatta Turkey & Cheese Sandwich hold until lunch if kept cold; the rest of the sandwich collection is for eating sooner.
- Croissants, 14 to 19 AED. From the plain Croissant to the Pistachio Croissant, eaten the day they arrive.
- Granola Parfait with Greek Yogurt, 25 AED. One portion in its own cup, into the fridge on arrival.
- Cookies and bars, 12 to 18 AED. A Granola Bar is 12 AED; the six cookies in our cookies and bars collection, such as the Oats & Cranberry Cookie, are single 80 g pieces from 14 to 18 AED.
- Cake loaves, 35 AED. The Marble Cake Loaf is the neutral one of our four cake loaves, for a team whose tastes you do not know.
There are no hot meals in our shop, and we do not sell drinks, so arrange those separately.
What should an office order for breakfast, lunch, a meeting or a treat?
Match the order to the time of day: a croissant, sandwich or parfait each for breakfast, a ciabatta or focaccia sandwich kept cold for lunch, food eaten by hand or with a spoon for a meeting, and cookies or a cake loaf for a treat. Each occasion has its own guide:
- Team breakfast: office breakfast catering in Dubai, or breakfast catering in Dubai for every breakfast bake with its price.
- Team lunch: office lunch catering in Dubai, or sandwich catering in Dubai for sandwiches in quantity.
- Meeting or workshop: catering for meetings in Dubai.
- Farewell, first day or Thursday treat: office treats in Dubai.
- Budget per head: our office catering cost guide.
- A week of bread for the office kitchen: buying bread in bulk in Dubai.
- Client morning, offsite or whole floor: the Bring Farah to your event form.
- Regular supply on set days: our bread supplier guide.
How far ahead do you need to order office catering in Dubai?
By the day before for a shop order, and as early as you can for an events enquiry, because we do not publish a fixed notice period for events.
There is no same-day delivery, and every order is baked for the day it is due. Checkout offers four windows, each three hours long: tomorrow 7–10 am, tomorrow 3–6 pm, the day after tomorrow 7–10 am, and next Saturday 9 am–12 pm. None of them falls at lunchtime.
- Breakfast or lunch: the 7–10 am window on the day, with lunch sandwiches kept in the office fridge. The order can arrive at any point inside the window, so plan around 10 am, not 7.
- Next week: a weekday three or more days away cannot be booked yet, so order in rounds.
- Abu Dhabi: the earliest delivery is 2 days after ordering, between 2 pm and 8 pm, so a breakfast delivery is not possible there; see our Abu Dhabi delivery guide.
Orders placed after our evening cut-off are scheduled for the next baking day, and checkout shows the date.
How do you place an office catering order?
Order in our online shop, tick the company box, give the floor and the receiver, check the window and pay by card on PayPal's page.
- Tick "Delivering to a company / business?" at checkout and enter the company name as reception knows it.
- Put the floor and office number in the "Apartment, floor" line, and drop the map pin on the entrance a driver should use.
- Name the receiver in the notes for the baker, and give their phone number at checkout for delivery updates.
- Check the window before you pay: the earliest is preselected.
- Pay on PayPal's page, where a credit or debit card works, usually without a PayPal account; prices are shown in AED and settled in US dollars.
We cannot replace fresh items left uncollected or unrefrigerated, so make sure someone receives the order; our delivery page covers receiving it.
Is one team order cheaper than everyone ordering separately?
Yes, but only through the delivery fee: an item costs the same whether you order one or forty, and one order of 150 AED or more is delivered free.
- Separate orders each pay 20 AED below 150 AED, so a single 12 AED sandwich costs 32 AED delivered.
- One team order of 150 AED or more, including exactly 150 AED, is delivered free.
- No bulk pricing. We publish no bulk discounts or volume prices for shop orders.
- Events are quoted from the date, guest numbers, venue and format you send us; there is no package list or per-person price.
Our office catering cost guide compares individual items with shared loaves.
What does a day of office catering cost for a team of eight?
One 7–10 am delivery can cover breakfast, lunch and an afternoon slice: for eight people it comes to 263 AED with free delivery, under 33 AED a head.
- 8 Croissants for breakfast: 8 × 14 = 112 AED
- 4 Ciabatta Turkey & Cheese Sandwiches for lunch: 4 × 12 = 48 AED
- 4 Focaccia Smoked Turkey Sandwiches for lunch: 4 × 17 = 68 AED
- 1 Marble Cake Loaf for the afternoon: 35 AED
- Total: 112 + 48 + 68 + 35 = 263 AED, which clears 150 AED, so delivery is free
Booked as separate breakfast and lunch orders, the 112 AED croissant bag pays the 20 AED fee and the 151 AED order of lunch sandwiches and cake goes free: 283 AED for the same food.
Croissants stay in a paper bag at room temperature; sandwiches go into the office fridge whole and wrapped until ten to fifteen minutes before lunch; the cake loaf stays whole, out of the fridge. Standard food-safety guidance is no more than two hours out of the fridge in total, or one hour above 32°C.
Can you keep an office pantry stocked every week?
Yes, by placing a new order each week built around bakes that keep or freeze; sandwiches, parfaits and croissants are for the day they arrive.
- Toast loaves. White Toast Bread at 10 AED and the Japanese Milk Bread Loaf at 18 AED stay bagged at room temperature, never in the fridge; slice and freeze the white loaf beyond a couple of days and the milk bread beyond three, then toast from frozen.
- Cake loaves. The Marble Cake Loaf and Classic Lemon Butter Cake Loaf keep three to four days airtight at room temperature, with cling film pressed against the cut face.
- Cookies. Airtight at room temperature, not in the fridge; the Lotus & White Chocolate Chip and Pistachio Chocolate Chip cookies are best within two to three days.
- Granola Bars. Wrapped until eaten, and out of the fridge, which sets the honey binder hard.
Our guide to buying bread in bulk plans an office week of bread. For regular supply, the quantities, delivery days, notice and pricing are agreed when you get in touch.
How do you handle allergies, meat and labels for an office order?
Ask about allergies in the invitation, tell us before you order, and label each plate with the item's name, any meat and our kitchen statement rather than lists copied from our product pages, which do not list every ingredient.
Every sandwich in our shop contains meat: chicken, turkey or ham. The descriptions do not say how any of the meat is sourced, and nothing in our shop is labelled vegetarian or vegan. The almond and pistachio croissants, the peanut butter and pistachio cookies, the banana and pecan loaf, the granola bars and the Date, Walnut & Honey Sourdough get their own plate, because their descriptions name nuts or peanuts; that does not make the other plates safe for a nut allergy.
Our kitchen handles wheat, gluten, eggs, dairy, nuts, peanuts, soy, sesame and seeds, and we cannot guarantee that any item is free from traces of these. If anyone has an allergy or intolerance, tell us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether we can serve them safely.
When should you use the events form instead of the shop?
Use the events form when the food must be ready before anyone arrives or set up for you: a client morning, an offsite, a whole floor, or food that has to be out before a delivery window allows. The shop is for an order your own team can receive and lay out.
In the Bring Farah to your event form, give your company, the date, the number of guests, the venue and floor, when people arrive and any allergies. We reply within one working day, then come back with a menu and a clear quote; on the day, everything is baked that morning, delivered and set up. Our event catering guide compares the two routes.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where can I order catering for a small office lunch in Dubai?
From our online shop, with no minimum order: one 12 AED Ciabatta Turkey & Cheese Sandwich each, ordered by the day before for the 7–10 am window and kept in the office fridge until lunch. Six come to 72 AED, or 92 AED with the 20 AED delivery fee.
How far ahead do I need to book office catering?
By the day before for a shop order, because there is no same-day delivery and the earliest window is tomorrow, 7–10 am. Checkout offers only tomorrow, the day after tomorrow and next Saturday, so a weekday three or more days away cannot be booked yet. For an event, send the events form as early as you can.
Do you have vegetarian options for office catering?
Not among our sandwiches: every one contains chicken, turkey or ham. Our three focaccias have no meat in their names, but nothing in our shop is labelled vegetarian or vegan, so do not assume any item is. Ask us before you order if it matters to anyone on the team.
How does a company pay for office catering?
By card at checkout. Tick the company box and a company-name field appears; payment is then taken on PayPal's page, where any credit or debit card works, usually without a PayPal account. Prices are shown in AED, include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise, and are settled in US dollars.
Do you serve coffee or other drinks with office catering?
No. We do not sell drinks, so arrange coffee, tea and water separately. Our shop sells croissants, a granola parfait, cookies, granola bars, cake loaves, bread and six sandwiches, but no hot meals.
