Office Catering Cost in Dubai: Per-Person Prices and Worked Orders

What a team order from our shop actually costs: per-person prices for a morning, a lunch and an afternoon, three worked orders that add up, when the 20 AED fee applies, and whether individual items or shared loaves cost less.

A multi-grain ham and cheese sandwich, a granola parfait with Greek yogurt and fresh fruit, and a double chocolate chip cookie in a row on a plain cream background

Office catering from Farah in Dubai costs the sum of the item prices, plus 20 AED delivery when the bag is under 150 AED and nothing from 150 AED. Per person, a morning sandwich, croissant or parfait costs 12 to 25 AED, a lunch sandwich 12 or 17 AED (26 to 35 AED with a cookie), and an afternoon granola bar or cookie 12 to 18 AED. Ten Ciabatta Turkey & Cheese Sandwiches at 12 AED come to 140 AED with the fee, and breakfast for twenty costs 240 to 500 AED with free delivery. Order online by the day before for the 7–10 am window; there is no minimum order.

We bake everything to order in our kitchen in Dubai Silicon Oasis and deliver across Dubai. This page is about the bill. How much does office catering cost per person in Dubai?

From our shop, a sandwich, croissant, cookie, granola bar or parfait each costs 12 to 25 AED a person, depending on the time of day. Prices are in UAE dirhams and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We do not sell drinks, so budget for those separately.

What does office catering cost for 10, 20 or 40 people?

In the three orders below, lunch for ten costs 140 to 300 AED, breakfast for twenty 240 to 500 AED and an afternoon break for forty 610 AED, delivery included. Each follows one rule: one item per confirmed person, then shared items rather than a second each.

Lunch for 10 people

  • 10 Ciabatta Turkey & Cheese Sandwiches: 10 × 12 = 120 AED
  • 120 AED is under 150 AED, so delivery adds 20 AED
  • Total: 120 + 20 = 140 AED, or 14 AED a head

Add a shared Marble Cake Loaf at 35 AED and the bag reaches 120 + 35 = 155 AED with free delivery, or 15.50 AED a head: the loaf costs 15 AED more than the fee it replaces. A Double Chocolate Chip Cookie each instead adds 10 × 18 = 180 AED, for 300 AED in total and 30 AED a head.

Breakfast for 20 people

  • 10 Granola Parfaits with Greek Yogurt: 10 × 25 = 250 AED
  • 10 Multi-Grain Ham & Cheese Sandwiches: 10 × 12 = 120 AED
  • Total: 250 + 120 = 370 AED with free delivery, or 18.50 AED a head

Ask people to choose in the invitation so the split matches the room. Twenty parfaits would be 20 × 25 = 500 AED; twenty sandwiches, 20 × 12 = 240 AED.

Afternoon break for 40 people

  • 20 Granola Bars: 20 × 12 = 240 AED
  • 10 Oats & Cranberry Cookies: 10 × 16 = 160 AED
  • 10 Chocolate Crinkle Cookies: 10 × 14 = 140 AED
  • A Marble Cake Loaf and a Classic Lemon Butter Cake Loaf to share: 2 × 35 = 70 AED
  • Total: 240 + 160 + 140 + 70 = 610 AED with free delivery, or 15.25 AED a head

All of it waits at room temperature after a 7–10 am delivery. The granola bars name nuts in their description, so give them their own plate; that does not make the other plates nut-free.

When do you pay the 20 AED delivery fee?

You pay it when the bag comes to less than 150 AED; from 150 AED, delivery anywhere in Dubai is free, and there is no minimum order. Each order pays its own fee, and checkout shows how much more you need for free delivery.

  • At exactly 150 AED, delivery is free, not only above it.
  • Within 20 AED of the threshold, top up instead. Eleven Ciabatta Turkey & Cheese Sandwiches come to 11 × 12 = 132 AED, or 152 AED with the fee. Add one Double Chocolate Chip Cookie at 18 AED and the bag reaches 132 + 18 = 150 AED with free delivery: one more item for 2 AED less. Any item under 20 AED that takes the bag to 150 AED costs less than the fee would.
  • One order per floor, not one per team. Two teams ordering five Granola Parfaits each pay 125 + 20 = 145 AED twice, 290 AED in all. One combined order of ten is 10 × 25 = 250 AED with free delivery, 40 AED less.

Is it cheaper to order individual meals or bulk catering for the office?

In our shop, an item costs the same whether you order one or forty, so the savings come from clearing 150 AED and from shared loaves, which cost less per head but do not give everyone something of their own.

  • Individually portioned items. Sandwiches, parfaits, croissants, cookies and granola bars cost 12 to 25 AED a head whoever turns up. Every absence leaves an item you paid for, and a sandwich or a parfait will not keep for tomorrow.
  • Shared items. A 35 AED cake loaf split between ten is 3.50 AED a head, between five 7 AED. Our product pages do not give a slice count, so how far a loaf goes depends on how thickly you cut it, and a loaf is a side, not a lunch.

So the cheapest order that still gives everyone something is one individually portioned item per confirmed person. For more on the table, a shared loaf costs less than a second item each: for ten people, a second Ciabatta Turkey & Cheese Sandwich each adds 120 AED, a Marble Cake Loaf 35 AED.

For regular supply rather than a one-off order, the quantities, delivery days, notice and pricing are agreed when you get in touch.

How do you avoid paying for food nobody eats?

Order one item per confirmed person, not per invitation, and cover uncertainty with something shared that keeps rather than with spare sandwiches.

  • Keep the spare in a loaf. A sliced cake loaf hides an extra guest or an absence, while a missing sandwich is obvious. A spare sandwich is for eating the day it arrives; a Marble Cake Loaf, with cling film pressed against the cut face, keeps three to four days in an airtight tin at room temperature, as our marble cake guide explains.
  • Check diets before you count. Every sandwich in our shop contains meat: chicken, turkey or ham, and nothing in our shop is labelled vegetarian or vegan, so ask in the invitation rather than paying for a sandwich someone will not eat.
  • Chill on arrival. Sandwiches and parfaits go straight into the office fridge. Standard food-safety guidance is no more than two hours out of the fridge in total, or one hour above 32°C, so food left out longer is money in the bin.

Our kitchen handles wheat, gluten, eggs, dairy, nuts, peanuts, soy, sesame and seeds, and we cannot guarantee that any item is free from traces of these. If anyone has an allergy or intolerance, tell us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether we can serve them safely.

How do you pay for a company catering order?

By card on PayPal's page, after ticking "Delivering to a company / business?" at checkout and entering the company name as reception knows it.

Any credit or debit card works, usually without a PayPal account. Prices are shown in AED and settled in US dollars, so the card statement may differ very slightly from the AED total, which is worth knowing for an expense claim. Our delivery page covers receiving the order.

When should a larger office order go through the events form?

When the food has to be set up for you, out before a delivery window allows, or laid on for a client event, an offsite or a whole floor, use the events form rather than the shop.

Send the Bring Farah to your event form with the date, the number of guests, your company, the venue and floor, when people arrive and any allergies. There is no package list or per-person price to look up: we quote each event from the details you send, and reply within one working day. For a centrepiece spread, see grazing tables and event catering.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does office catering cost per person in Dubai?

From our shop, a sandwich, croissant, cookie, granola bar or parfait each costs 12 to 25 AED a person, and a sandwich and a cookie for lunch come to 26 to 35 AED. Delivery adds 20 AED below 150 AED and is free from 150 AED.

How much does catering for 20 people cost?

A breakfast for 20 from our shop costs 240 to 500 AED with free delivery: 240 AED for a 12 AED sandwich each, 500 AED for a 25 AED Granola Parfait with Greek Yogurt each, or 370 AED for ten of each.

Is it cheaper to order individual meals or bulk catering for the office?

In our shop, a bigger order does not lower the item price; it only removes the 20 AED fee from 150 AED. The cheapest order that feeds everyone is one individual item per confirmed person, and a shared 35 AED cake loaf costs less than a second item each.

When is delivery free on an office catering order?

From 150 AED, including exactly 150 AED, anywhere in Dubai; below that, delivery is 20 AED, and there is no minimum order. If your bag is within 20 AED of the threshold, an item under 20 AED that takes it to 150 AED costs less than the fee.

Do you publish catering packages or per-person prices for larger events?

No. There is no package list or per-person price for an event. Send the date, guest numbers, venue and format through the Bring Farah to your event form on our events page; we reply within one working day, then come back with a clear quote.

Price your office order

Count who has confirmed, multiply by the item price and check the total against 150 AED before you pay. A Ciabatta Turkey & Cheese Sandwich each is the 12 AED lunch, a Granola Parfait with Greek Yogurt each the 25 AED breakfast, and a Marble Cake Loaf the 35 AED way to stretch the table. Everything else is in the shop; for a client event or a whole floor, use the events form.
