Event Catering in Dubai: Bespoke Events or a Spread from Our Shop

Brand activations, wellness mornings, corporate breakfasts and private gatherings: the two ways to cater an event with Farah Bakery, which food waits for guests, how much to order and which of our guides fits your occasion.

Farah Bakery caters events in Dubai in two ways. For a brand activation, a corporate breakfast, a wellness morning or a private gathering where the food should be baked that morning, delivered and set up, use the Bring Farah to your event form on our events page: we reply within one working day and quote each event from its date, guest numbers, venue and format, with no published packages. For a gathering you can receive and lay out yourself, order from our shop by the day before: a morning spread of croissants and focaccia for 20 guests comes to 358 AED, and delivery is free from 150 AED, 20 AED below that.

We bake everything to order in our kitchen in Dubai Silicon Oasis, and the guides linked below go further on each kind of event.

Does Farah Bakery cater events in Dubai?

Yes: brand activations, corporate breakfasts, wellness events, private gatherings, product launches, and workshops and tastings are the occasions listed on our events page, from a 20-seat morning circle to a full brand activation. The same page shows who we have baked for:

  • lululemon, in the Dubai Aquarium tunnel and in store: granola parfaits tagged and set at every place, and fresh-baked treats after the session.
  • Dubai Arte Museum: a Farah gift bag set at every mat, and delivery and setup across the room.
  • Health Labs: a full spread, delivered and styled on site.
  • Kure: a welcoming grazing spread, refreshed through the event.

We have also hosted our own ticketed mornings, including Pilates, Community & Brunch at Arte Museum in The Dubai Mall on 6 September 2026, which 59 guests attended. How the food fitted around each class is in our wellness event catering guide.

What are the two ways to cater an event with us?

Through our events form, where we design the spread, bake it that morning, deliver it and set it up, or through our online shop, where you order bakes and lay them out yourself.

  • The events form suits a brand or client-facing event, a spread you want set up, or food that must be out before a delivery window allows.
  • The shop suits a gathering your own team, family or friends can receive and lay out, with no minimum order.

How does the events form work, and do you have packages?

There are no published event catering packages or per-person prices: you send the date, headcount, venue and timing, we reply within one working day, and we quote each event from those details.

The Bring Farah to your event form asks for your "Brand / company", the "Event date" and the number of "Guests", plus a box about the event. In that box, give the venue, when guests arrive and leave, who else is supplying food or drinks, and any allergies.

We then design a menu shaped to your event, from grazing tables to boxed treats, with a clear quote; on the day, everything is baked that morning, delivered and set up, styled to your setting. We do not publish a fixed notice period, so enquire as early as you can; the same section of the page has a WhatsApp link.

How do you cater an event from our shop?

Order online by the day before, choose the delivery window that ends before your first guest arrives, and lay the food out yourself.

Checkout offers four windows, each three hours long: tomorrow 7–10 am, tomorrow 3–6 pm, the day after tomorrow 7–10 am, and next Saturday 9 am–12 pm. There is no same-day delivery, and every order is baked for the day it is due. An order can arrive at any point inside its window, so the morning window suits guests arriving from about 10:30. In Abu Dhabi, the earliest delivery is 2 days after ordering, between 2 pm and 8 pm; see our Abu Dhabi delivery guide.

Someone must be there to receive the order, because we cannot replace fresh items left uncollected or unrefrigerated; our delivery page covers receiving and collection. Payment is on PayPal's page, where a credit or debit card works, usually without a PayPal account.

What food works at an event, and what needs the fridge?

Focaccia, croissants, our 80 g cookies and cake loaves wait at room temperature and can go out when guests arrive; sandwiches and the granola parfait stay in the fridge until shortly before people eat.

Out from the start, never in the fridge:

  • Focaccia, 12 AED. The oil in the crumb means it holds better than a lean loaf; keep it in paper and cut it into fingers.
  • Croissants, 14 to 19 AED. In a paper bag, eaten the day they arrive. The Chocolate Croissant holds up longest over a few hours; put the Cookie Croissant out first.
  • Cookies, 14 to 18 AED, and cake loaves, 35 AED. Cookies stay airtight until set out; a loaf stays whole until served, with cling film pressed against any cut face.

Out at the serving moment:

  • Sandwiches, 12 or 17 AED. Into the fridge on arrival, out ten to fifteen minutes before people eat. The ciabatta and focaccia ones hold until lunch if kept cold; the white bread and brioche ones are for eating soon.
  • The Granola Parfait with Greek Yogurt, 25 AED. Out about five minutes before eating.

Standard food-safety guidance is no more than two hours out of the fridge in total, or one hour above 32°C. How to lay a table without staff is in our small event catering guide; when the spread is the centrepiece, see grazing tables and event catering.

How much food should you order per guest?

One portioned item per confirmed guest, counting who has said yes rather than the invitation list, then shared bakes rather than a second each.

  • Portioned items, such as a croissant, a cookie, a sandwich or a parfait, are one per guest; a missing one is obvious.
  • Shared items, such as focaccia in fingers or a sliced cake loaf, absorb a late arrival or an absence. As a treat rather than a meal, one cake loaf comfortably covers eight to ten people.

Put one event into one order, because each order pays its own fee, and check the total against 150 AED: ten Oats & Cranberry Cookies at 16 AED come to 160 AED with free delivery, while nine come to 144 AED plus 20 AED delivery, 164 AED in all. Our office catering cost guide adds up larger orders.

Which of our guides fits your event?

Pick the guide by the occasion:

How do you handle allergies at an event?

Ask guests about allergies when they reply, tell us before you order, and label every plate. Our kitchen handles wheat, gluten, eggs, dairy, nuts, peanuts, soy, sesame and seeds, and we cannot guarantee that any item is free from traces of these. If anyone has an allergy or intolerance, tell us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether we can serve them safely.

The Almond Cream Croissant, Pistachio Croissant, Pistachio Chocolate Chip Cookie, Peanut Butter Cookie, Banana & Pecan Cake Loaf, Granola Bar and the Date, Walnut & Honey Sourdough name nuts or peanuts in their descriptions, so give them their own plate and tongs; the Double Chocolate & Coconut Cake Loaf contains coconut, so label it too. That does not make the other plates safe for a nut allergy: our product descriptions are not full ingredient lists, so we cannot call any item nut-free. Every sandwich in our shop contains meat: chicken, turkey or ham, and nothing in our shop is labelled vegetarian or vegan.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have event catering packages in Dubai?

No. We do not publish packages or a per-person price for events. Each event booked through the Bring Farah to your event form is quoted from its date, guest numbers, venue and format. Shop orders cost the listed item prices, plus 20 AED delivery below 150 AED.

How far ahead should I book event catering?

For an event through our form, as early as you can: we do not publish a fixed notice period, and the menu, venue access and quote all need agreeing before we bake. For a shop order, order by the day before, since there is no same-day delivery.

Can you cater an event for 50 or 100 guests?

Send the date, headcount and venue through the Bring Farah to your event form and we will tell you what is possible for your date; we reply within one working day. We do not publish a maximum, and our own Pilates, Community & Brunch at Arte Museum was attended by 59 guests.

Do you provide staff and set up the food?

A shop order is delivered for you to lay out yourself. Through the events form, the food is baked that morning, delivered and set up, styled to your setting. We do not publish staffing or equipment details, so tell us what the venue has and what you need.

Do you supply drinks for events?

We do not sell drinks, so arrange those separately. If you book through our events form, say in your enquiry who is bringing them, so both suppliers know where each will set up on the day.

Order for your event

For a gathering you will lay out yourself, count who has confirmed, order by the day before and choose the window that lands before your guests: a Croissant each for a morning, focaccia in fingers and a Marble Cake Loaf to share, with everything else in the shop. For a brand event or anything you want set up, use the events form.
