Brunch at Home in Dubai: A Bakery Spread for Four to Eight
How to put a weekend brunch for four to eight people on your own table from our bakes: which delivery window to pick, what to order per guest, what to warm, and what can arrive the day before.

For a weekend brunch at home in Dubai, order from our shop and pick the next-Saturday 9 am–12 pm delivery window, or order by the day before for a 7–10 am window on the morning itself. Plan one croissant per guest at 14 to 19 AED, a 12 AED focaccia for every two guests and a soft loaf for French toast, such as the 35 AED Brioche Toast Bread. A brunch for four comes to 119 AED plus 20 AED delivery, and a brunch for eight comes to 221 AED with free delivery, because delivery in Dubai is free once the bag reaches 150 AED.
We bake everything to order in our kitchen in Dubai Silicon Oasis. This guide is for four to eight people round your own table. For a birthday or book club for more guests, see small event catering in Dubai; for a styled spread that has to hold for two hours, see grazing tables and event catering. To have food delivered and set up for you, use the Bring Farah to your event form; we reply within one working day. We do not sell drinks, so the coffee or tea is yours.
Which delivery window suits a weekend brunch in Dubai?
For a Saturday brunch from about 12:30, choose the next-Saturday 9 am–12 pm window; for an earlier Saturday brunch or a Sunday one, choose a 7–10 am window on the day, ordered one or two days before.
Checkout offers four windows, each three hours long: tomorrow 7–10 am, tomorrow 3–6 pm, the day after tomorrow 7–10 am, and next Saturday 9 am–12 pm. There is no same-day delivery, and every order is baked for the day it is due.
- Saturday, brunch from about 12:30. Choose the next-Saturday window. Ordered on any day from Sunday to Friday, it is the coming Saturday; ordered on a Saturday, it is the following week's.
- Saturday, brunch from about 10:30. Order on Friday for tomorrow's 7–10 am window, or on Thursday for the day-after-tomorrow window.
- Sunday. Order on Saturday for tomorrow's 7–10 am window, or on Friday for the day-after-tomorrow window.
The order can arrive at any point inside the window, so set the brunch for after it ends, and make sure someone is home: we cannot replace fresh items left uncollected or unrefrigerated. The earliest window is preselected, so check which is ticked before you pay. We cannot promise delivery on the public holiday days themselves. Collection from our kitchen is by arrangement only, over WhatsApp first; see our delivery page. Our Saturday brunch table for a Dubai Marina flat uses the same window.
What should you order per guest for brunch at home?
One croissant per guest, one focaccia for every two guests and one soft loaf for every four when French toast is the hot dish.
- Croissants, 14 to 19 AED. The plain Croissant at 14 AED and the Chocolate Croissant at 16 AED cover most guests, and the chocolate one holds up best over a few hours. The Almond Cream Croissant at 18 AED and the Pistachio Croissant at 19 AED name nuts, so they go on their own plate.
- Focaccia, 12 AED. The Focaccia · Mushroom is a lunch focaccia more than a breakfast one, which suits a late brunch; the Focaccia · Cherry Tomato carries slow-roasted tomatoes; the Focaccia · Rosemary & Olive Oil is the plain one.
- A soft loaf, 18 or 35 AED. The Brioche Toast Bread at 35 AED or the Japanese Milk Bread Loaf at 18 AED.
- Extras. The Marble Cake Loaf at 35 AED is the neutral loaf for a mixed table, and the Granola Parfait with Greek Yogurt at 25 AED is one portion in its own cup.
What does a brunch for four or eight cost?
A brunch for four comes to 119 AED plus 20 AED delivery, and a brunch for eight to 221 AED with free delivery, at shop prices on 9 October 2026 for delivery in Dubai.
A brunch for four:
- 1 Brioche Toast Bread: 35 AED
- 2 Croissants: 28 AED
- 2 Chocolate Croissants: 32 AED
- 1 Focaccia · Mushroom: 12 AED
- 1 Focaccia · Cherry Tomato: 12 AED
That is 119 AED, or 139 AED with the fee. Adding a Marble Cake Loaf takes it to 154 AED with free delivery, 15 AED more than paying the fee, for a loaf that keeps three to four days in an airtight tin. A Japanese Milk Bread Loaf instead of the brioche brings the bag to 102 AED, or 122 AED with the fee.
A brunch for eight:
- 1 Brioche Toast Bread: 35 AED
- 1 Japanese Milk Bread Loaf: 18 AED
- 4 Croissants: 56 AED
- 4 Chocolate Croissants: 64 AED
- 2 Focaccia · Mushroom: 24 AED
- 1 Focaccia · Cherry Tomato: 12 AED
- 1 Focaccia · Rosemary & Olive Oil: 12 AED
That is 221 AED, under 28 AED a head, with free delivery.
Two small orders each pay the fee, so put one brunch into one order. The 150 AED is counted before any discount code.
Which loaf should you use for French toast at brunch?
The Brioche Toast Bread at 35 AED is the rich choice, and the Japanese Milk Bread Loaf at 18 AED the lighter one.
Brioche, made with eggs and milk in place of most of the water, is a weekend loaf: thick-cut toast with jam, and French toast, where the fat is the point. It browns fast, so use the lowest toaster setting for plain toast. The milk bread, faintly sweet and milky, soaks custard without disintegrating. Our brioche guide explains why a slice a day old takes it better than a fresh one, so whatever is left, tightly wrapped, makes the next morning's French toast.
Which brunch bakes can arrive the day before?
The soft loaves, the Country Sourdough Loaf, bagels and cake loaves can arrive the day before; croissants and the parfait belong to the morning, and focaccia sits in between. That matters for a brunch that starts before a morning window ends: for delivery the afternoon before, order two days before the brunch and choose tomorrow's 3–6 pm window.
Fine the day before:
- Brioche Toast Bread. Tightly wrapped at cool room temperature for two to three days, never the fridge.
- Japanese Milk Bread Loaf. Whole, in a sealed bag or airtight tin at room temperature; still genuinely soft on day three.
- Country Sourdough Loaf, 25 AED. Cut side down on a wooden board, uncovered, for the first day; it slices well for three to four days.
- Classic Bagels, 6 AED. In paper at room temperature for one to two days.
- Classic Lemon Butter Cake Loaf, 35 AED. Better on day two. Keep it whole, with cling film pressed against any cut face, in an airtight box at room temperature.
In between:
- Focaccia. The Mushroom is genuinely good the next day, and the Cherry Tomato holds overnight better than a lean loaf; keep both in paper or under a cloth, never the fridge. The Rosemary & Olive Oil is best on the day.
Best on the morning:
- Croissants. In a paper bag at room temperature, eaten the day they arrive; never sealed plastic or the fridge.
- Granola Parfait with Greek Yogurt. Into the fridge as soon as it arrives, and eat it soon.
If croissants must come the day before, wrap and freeze plain Croissants the same day and revive them straight from frozen at 160 to 170°C for five to six minutes. Not the Chocolate Croissant: freezing dulls the tempered shell. Our guide to storing bread in Dubai covers the loaves.
Can you order brunch bakes for Abu Dhabi?
Yes, but they arrive the afternoon before: in Abu Dhabi, the earliest delivery is two days after ordering, between 2 and 8 pm, so order at least three days before a morning brunch.
Build an Abu Dhabi brunch from the day-before list: a soft loaf, a Country Sourdough Loaf, bagels, a cake loaf and a Focaccia · Mushroom, plus plain Croissants frozen on arrival and revived on the morning. Checkout shows the dates and the fee; our guide to bread delivery in Abu Dhabi covers the rest.
How do you warm and serve each bake?
Warm any pastry that has softened at low heat first, then turn the oven up for the focaccia, and never use a microwave.
- Pastries, only if softened. Reheating melts a Chocolate Croissant's coating, so give it three minutes at 150°C, then ten minutes undisturbed so the shell firms again. A Pistachio Croissant takes three to four minutes at 150 to 160°C, then five to ten minutes standing; an Almond Cream Croissant four to five minutes at 160°C.
- Focaccia last and hottest. A few drops of water on the Rosemary & Olive Oil and about four to six minutes at 200°C; five or six minutes in a hot oven re-crisps the Cherry Tomato and Mushroom. Cut it into fingers.
- Plain croissants as they are. Tear them open rather than cutting, because a knife compresses the crumb.
- Parfaits out last, about five minutes before eating. Standard food-safety guidance is no more than two hours out of the fridge in total, or one hour above 32°C.
What if a brunch guest has a food allergy?
Tell us before you order, and we will tell you honestly whether we can serve that guest safely.
Our kitchen handles wheat, gluten, eggs, dairy, nuts, peanuts, soy, sesame and seeds, and we cannot guarantee that any item is free from traces of these, so ask us through our contact page rather than relying on a product description alone. The almond and pistachio croissants name nuts, so give them their own plate and tongs; that does not make the other plates safe for a nut allergy. The brioche is made with butter, eggs and milk, and our croissants are laminated with butter.
